Privacy at a glance
KayeBloom is an offline flashcard and memory review app created by Kelvin Jay J. Vidad. This policy applies to KayeBloom version 1.0 and this companion website. No app account is required. The app does not send your study content to the developer or operate an online study-data service.
What stays on your device
KayeBloom stores deck names, flashcard questions and answers, starred cards, recall levels, completed quiz progress, and quiz streak information in local app storage. It also keeps navigation and unfinished-session state so its screens can work together. This information supports studying, mastery tracking, and flower growth.
Study information is processed locally. It is not automatically uploaded to the developer, sold, or used for advertising.
Files you choose to import
When you select a TXT or CSV file, KayeBloom reads that file to prepare a flashcard preview. Cards are added to your library when you save the imported deck. The app does not scan your documents or convert PDF or Word files itself.
Depending on your Android version and file selection method, Android may ask for permission to access local files. You can manage app permissions in Android Settings.
Accounts, ads, and tracking
KayeBloom version 1.0 has no sign-in, advertisements, advertising ID use, analytics service, or automatic upload of decks and progress. The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
Clipboard and optional AI tips
When you tap Copy prompt, the app copies only the displayed sample prompt to your system clipboard. It does not read your clipboard in the background.
Using an external AI service is optional. If you choose to upload a PDF, Word document, or other content to that service, the service handles it under its own privacy terms. KayeBloom does not upload the document for you or receive the conversation.
Retention, deletion, and backups
Local study data remains in app storage until you edit or delete it, clear the app storage, or uninstall the app. You can delete cards or decks from the library. To remove all local KayeBloom data, use Clear storage in Android Settings; uninstalling also removes local app storage.
Original import files and copies kept outside the app are unaffected. Android backup or device-transfer services may retain or restore app data depending on your settings. Manage those copies through your device or backup settings. The developer cannot access, recover, or remotely delete your locally stored decks.
Data security
KayeBloom uses local app storage and Android device protections for study data. It does not maintain a developer-operated server containing your decks. Keep your device secure and manage access to any source files or backups you keep outside the app.
This website and external links
This website does not include advertising, analytics trackers, account registration, or a contact form. Its images, scripts, and styles are served with the website. It does not read your app decks or study progress, and its screenshot viewer does not upload files.
The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and request times, in server logs to deliver and secure the website. Retention of those logs depends on the hosting service and its settings. Contact the developer with questions about website information or deletion requests.
Links to Google Play, Google Groups, email services, or other external websites take you to services that handle information under their own privacy policies. Google Play may process installation, testing, and device information independently of KayeBloom’s offline study features.
When you contact the developer
If you email kelvinvidad23@gmail.com, your email provider handles the message, and the developer receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, phone model, screenshots, and description of an issue. This is used to answer your question and improve the app.
Support messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, resolve related issues, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of support messages by email. Include only information needed for your request.
Intended audience
KayeBloom is designed for teenage and adult learners. The app does not require users to submit personal details. If you have a concern about information included in a support message, contact the developer.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated if the app or website changes how it handles information. The latest version and its effective date will appear on this page.
